As Europe’s largest (biofuels) bunker port, Rotterdam is committed to making low carbon fuels available for shipping. This includes availability as well as supportive regulations and mechanisms. We expect the new Book & Claim system to result in a higher demand for sustainable fuels and will play a substantial role in decarbonizing shipping."
